1 Definitions

4 Account Verification (KYC)

5.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect in your s777x account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the respective network. Bank transfers via HBL and UBL may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations. s777x is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or network congestion.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Where bonus abuse is detected, s777x reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, close the account, and retain any affected balance.

6.4 Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing accounts only. s777x reserves the right to exclude any player or group of players from any promotion at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the s777x platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. General gaming and betting rules applicable across the platform include the following:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the s777x system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay or an in-play betting event, s777x reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the s777x platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any s777x content without the prior written consent of s777x.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability. s777x will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

s777x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age.
• Duplicate account detection.

Upon account termination, any real money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the player via their most recent verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no outstanding investigation is pending.
